Dan Navarro’s long career as songwriter, artist, singer, voice actor and activist includes 19 acclaimed albums, thousands of concerts, dozens of films and series (Oscar-winners “Encanto”, “Coco” and “Happy Feet”), and songwriting for Pat Benatar (Grammy-nominated “We Belong”), Bangles and more. His roles on multiple boards — SAG-AFTRA, the Artist Rights Alliance, MLC Unclaimed Royalties Committee, AFM & SAG-AFTRA IP Fund, SAG-AFTRA Producers Industry Advancement Cooperative Fund — are the wellspring of his service to the arts community. He is a past president and former board member of Folk Alliance. Dan insists that art is food, music is love, and sleep is for babies.

David Amram ws gein a Lifetime achievement //awrd in 2017 for his work since the 1950s as a composer/conductor snd multi=instrumentalist who championed folk roots in all genres of sincere music built to last. Ay 94 , he is still touring the world while composing new classical pieces. His film scores, for Frank Sinatra's "Manchurian Candidate" and Kazan's "Slender in the Grass" his appointee meant as The New York York Philharmonic's first composer in residence His his collaborations with Dizzy Gillespie , Lionel Hampton Pete Seeger , Odetta, Willie Nelson, Tito Puente and Sir James Galway , along with his three books and over 100 published classics compositions can all be found on www.davidamram.com
